Hi! Here's some pics of my new Orc team that I did. Tell me what you all think! I used mostly parts from the WHFB plastic Orc regiment box and a few bits from the 40K equivalent. The Gobbos are the BB metal ones and the ref is a classic BB miniature.
Here's the coaching staff and ref:
Black Orcs:
Blitzers:
Line orcs:
Thrower, Troll and Gobbos:
Thrower from the side:

Looks like a great job so far! Would really love to see them when they are painted!

Yep, am gonna paint them right away. I will be painting all 19 of them in one go... Will post pics of the results. The conversion on these guys wasn't that spectacular, but I like doing poses on miniatures to make them look more natural and to make them look apart from the basic orc. |

a troll gripping a gob would be cool as he would look like he is about to throw him |

You know, I think it is a bit of a shame that you are not converting the gobbos too! I mean, you have done it for every other model, why not the ladz? |

I still can't see the images unfortunately. Any shot of reposting them or linking to a website?
It's always fun to see converted Orc teams...I have one coming down the pike...should be fun. |

hehe, I just love the gobbos as they are. They just look so sneaky and full of trouble so I let them be. Originally I thought about converting a couple plastic gobbos for my team, but in the end I decided to use the original metal ones as they have always appealed to me although I will be making lots of gobbo cheerleaders and ass. coaches in the future (heavily converted ofcourse) so watch this space

Hmm... that's weird as they are posted on a dedicated server. Try right-clicking on the missing pic icon, and go to the properties. Copy and paste the pictures http path into your browser. Does it work? |

I'll have to try that at home...the site is being blocked by the office firewall.

The Orcz look really nice! And I agree on the Gobboz; they are sneaky as they are(!) and you can always convert a few Gobboz afterwards. |
