Due to the upcoming release of Shadowforge???s new Female Elven gridiron team: http://www.shadowforge.com.au/workshop.html
I thought that maybe some team rules should be developed for them.
I have three options;
1.) Simply use the Elf rosters with the female figs. Blah,Blah,Blah.
2.) Use a standard roster with a single Race specific position:
0-12 Linewomen 70k 7 2 4 8 None None Gen, Ag
0-2 Throwers 80k 7 2 4 8 Pass None Gen, Ag, Pass
0-4 Catchers 90k 8 2 4 7 Catch None Gen, Ag
Dark Elf Team
0-4 Witch Elves 110k 7 3 4 7 Dodge, Frenzy, Jump Up Gen, Ag
High Elf Team
0-4 Warrior Maidens 110k 9 2 4 7 Dodge, Leap, Side Step Gen, Ag
Wood Elf Team
0-4 War Prancer(???) 120k 8 2 4 7 Dodge, Leap, Dauntless, H. Gaze Gen,Ag
3.) Individual Race specific rosters:
Wood Elf
0-12 Linewomen 70k 8 2 4 7 Gen, AG
0-2 Throwers 90k 8 2 4 7 Pass Gen, Ag, Pass
0-4 Catchers 90k 9 2 4 6 Catch, Dodge, H. Gaze Gen, Ag
0-4 War Prancers (???) 120k 8 2 4 7 Dodge, Leap, Dauntless Gen, Ag
Dark Elf
0-12 Linewomen 60k 7 2 4 7 Gen, Ag
0-2 Throwers 90k 7 2 4 7 Pass, Dump Off Gen, Ag, Pass
0-4 Blitzers 100k 8 2 4 8 Block Gen, ag
0-4 Witch Elf 110k 7 3 4 7 Dodge, Frenzy, Jump Up Gen, Ag
High Elf

Everything else is the same as the Male counterpart teams, Males can be taken like Allies only.
THIS IS A REAL ROUGH COPY, I REALLY NEED SOME INPUT FROM SOME WARHAMMER PLAYERS THAT KNOW MORE ABOUT THE FEMALES OF THE ARMIES. (Like a Wood Elf female name for the third position). PLUS ANY HELP FROM BB PLAYERS AS TO MAKE THIS MORE BALANCED.
I figured the 0-4 Fourth position would help to off set the low ST of the team. And the H. Gaze is meant to emulate the players beauty, catch an opponent drooling ya know. |

I voted #1, since the others didn't seem terribly balanced to me.
Maybe you could give all the women Frenzy (or maybe I'm feeling especially mysoginistic today.) |

 I guess I should have rephrase the POLL QUESTION;
What option would be best; ONCE BALANCED and TWEAKED.
I figured the teams would be unbalanced that's why I posted them here to work out the bugs. All I really did was drop the ST, Add to MV and add a skill here and there. It' just a ROUGH DRAFT. |

I chose the 1st - the teams are fine as they are and need no tweaking. What you suggests just sounds like changes for the sake of it. There are no reasons for reducing the strength and increasing their armour, which just seems like an attempt to show that 'girls are wimpy' while somehow trying to balance them.
just use the models for what they are - superior model elves! For all we know, they could look more like high elves. In fact if you look at the concept sketch, the linewoman doesn't look very "woody"... |

why the ladies are too weak? I have a female team, and look my rules:
0-12 line 6-3-4-8 none, 70 k
0-4 catchers 8-3-4-7 catch, dodge, 100 k
0-4 blitzers 7-3-4-8 block, side step, 110 k
0-2 throwers 6-3-4-8 pass, 80 k
we also allow a treeman because, how could him say no to this beautiful ladies? |

I'd choose 1 as well. I just use the Wood Elf team for my Darkside Sirens , which is team using the shadowforge figs, and with a back story that they are the Cowboys cheerleaders gone pro.

Choose any of the wood elf names you fancy they all wear tights and mince around like a bunch of girls anyway  |

I use Shadowforge female elves figs (that's what we're talking about, right?) with a full-female woodelf team called "Happy Woodsisters"...
I voted 1, just because I dont' like the modified stats you propose, but my league allows the Maiden Warrior into High Elf base roster. |

Why do you give the female players more movement? Why not trade 1 strength for 1 agility?

You must be blind or something.
If you want a female elf team, pick the wood elves. They may look like men at first, but honestly, what self respecting man wears tights or a liatard... especially when playing football! Just paint their hair pink and blue and give them purple and pink and yellow for their uniforms. Its close enough that you could simply argue they are ugly genetic defects... much like how dwarf women look like men!
