You get to target small sets of keywords... so for example you might have ten campaigns with 1 to 4 keywords each. As some do poorly they die off, the one's that do well stick around. The basic gist is to find a right mix of keywords and then test them. I just want a list of keywords to start with.

How about working the fantasy angle with keywords that allude to fantasy without using the word (because of p0rn).

Things like Orc, Elf, Dwarf might help
Tolkien?

My standard explanation for Blood Bowl here in Australia is starting by asking the people if they remember the boardgame "Test Match" (It was a cricket game with little figures.)

I then ask them to imagine a Gridiron (American Football) version of that game. Then I ask them to cross that with chess.
Then I tell them that it's set in a world like Lord of the Rings with orcs and dwarves and elves playing it.

Lastly I tell them that it doesn't take itself seriously, telling them it's a parody.

That's my standard 'conversation' explanation.

As to keywords - a good idea is to pickup 'strategy boardgame' with the fantasy element. Remember, Blood Bowl is a strategy football simulation.

Actually, completely unrelated, is it just me or is Blood Bowl more like AFL than gridiron, except they pass the ball rather than kick it and run it in to score?

I think it works more like AFL. In second edition the Refs even bounced the ball like in AFL.
