Post subject: Question about Wizard Spells

I was playing a game yesterday, and my opponet used a fireball against my runner, (who had the ball).
She rolled a 1, but had a team re-roll left. She wanted to know if she could use it for the wizard.
Since an Apoth can't use a re-roll, I thougth that a wizard can't either. The LR4 didn't say one way or the other, so we filped a coin (That came out in my favor).
Does anyone know if a wizard can use a re-roll in that situation? |

| rerolls can only be used by players on the field. the wizard is neither a player nor on the field => no reroll for him |
