Hi, new member, but old BB player with a LRB question.
Do Big guys get completions for accurately thrown team mates? |

Nope, the rules in the LRB clearly state that a player must pass a ball that is caught to get a completion.

Another one then: how about the Hail Mary Pass? Does it also only work with "ordinary" balls? |

I believe the poor wretch would simply crash-land in the target square...
and by crash-land I mean he'll just CRASH..............
BTW, official ruling aside, I believe Big Guys SHOULD get completition SPP.
Frankly, if the little lad lands safely in the target square, the dice roll are the same as a standard pass...
.... unless you count the impossibility of an interception as a factor for awarding the experience...
Cheers
Rob

Got a point there about those SPP's... Anyways, you can't use Hail Mary Pass with a thrown player? |

We have a house ruling in the league that a Big Guy which successfully throws a teammate (which indeed lands on both feet and remains standing) gains completion SPPs.
We know it isn't official but it does give those Big Guys something else to collect (SPP wise) other than points for casualties. |

As the LRB clearly refers to the "the ball" in the skill description, NO, you cannot

Well, anyway, nothing stops you from using gobbos as projectiles to stop those dodgy pointyears from scoring |
