Sorry dude...but this REEKS or shenanigans. There has to be a way of evaluating a coaches overall ability better than highest ranked NAF rating. If not...I believe that some teams will purposely sandbag. If someone has one tourney in with Orks (For Example) and went undefeated, but has 6 tournies in with Dark Elfs where they were so-so...you will allow that team to have their best player play in a lower ranked position and rake the other teams middle of the road guys. (Lets not even go into the situation where the size of the tourney has made a difference. )

How can I sandbag to play rob O. in game 3??? he's washed up by then |

I am waiting on confirmation from the store, but we should be able to get started at around 9 AM on Sunday.
The manager I talked to said he didn't think it would be a problem. I'm just waiting on word from the owner. |

Ahh that would be good.
Rob you totaly lost me as to what you were talking about. Though admittedly it has been a long day And it's only Wednesday
The NAF rankings are to be used for round one only and only to seed the teams not the players. Individual players will be paired up randomly for round one and then each following round using the same system we usually use at tournaments. Teams will also be paired up swiss style based on points earned for following rounds. Only differnece is that match ups will only be between players on the two teams and not between anyone at the event. |

We are confirmed for 9 AM on Sunday.
The owner is really looking forward to having us. I think he's a big geek and loves having big events. |

Just to throw a teaser out there I'll be making an announcement at the event about Death Bowl. Those of you with a thing for the fling will be quite interested in this one.
I'll also have the World Cup trophy on hand.
Any news about the liberty torch? Should I just go ahead and order the one online? |
