come on garth, you gotta plan things better than this. You don't see guys in the NHL having their wifes delivering around the play-offs do ya Smile

Now who are we going to leave downtown at 3:00 am?

That's officially 20 people registered for the event. Thank you to everyone who has pre registered so far and to those who are still to come. There's still a fair number of locals who are draggin their butts to get registered Wink You know who you are Laughing

It's all good though. This weekend is the Sous Sol Slaughter at a local store which always get locals excited about Death Bowl.

We've got a prize patrol update. Going into the prize pool are three Heresy Ogres and one of their new human Death Ball figs.

But I have to tell you something Brian. As much as I hate having to go back to school in September, it gets me excited to know that the Deathbowl is just around the corner! Very Happy Feels like an early Christmas! Laughing

Looks like it will be another great tourney, Brian! Seriously considering 'flings as well. Reading through it all, glad you added extra prizes for halfers as well as others killing 'em!

Still not a fan of 7s, but you already know that. Neutral The only grey area in the rules that I can see are about the time limit for the game.

"Games not finished in 3 hours are ended as is with the winner being the coach who scored more TD's at that point."

Can you make a stipulation that if its going to end before 16 turns that each team plays the same number of turns? I've been hosed by slow opponents in the past (not your tourney!), it can happen 50% of the time! I hope to have a timer with me this time, but you never know. It would suck for someone to lose because their opponent stalled and got more turns.

The earlier it ends on Sunday the better. Last year I got home at 5:30am after conning a cabbie in TO to give me a flat rate home. Laughing It can never be said that DB weekends aren't interesting!

Excellent. With you registered that's 22 people registered. It looks like a couple people have registered twice so I'll have to fix that. Don't forget to drag along one of those TBBF boys with you so you can get $5 off the entry price.

Bahh the DB title will still stay in MTL. Wink Laughing

Let the trash talking begin!

So did we scare off our US brothers and they've finally realized that they can't take the DB title? MO's the only US representation thus far.
