Hi everyone,
Wondering if there'll be an age limit applied to playing at the 2007 World Cup. My eldest will be 14, and a 4 year 'veteran' of BB - Old enough to participate? I'm thinking that as the Scottish team struggled for numbers at this years Eurobowl, Me + son makes a quarter of the team, and I know 2 other local coaches who'll be wanting to go - and of the 4 of us, 2 are even Scottish! (I've lived here 19 years so qualify on residency I think 
Might also arrange a 'Claymore's at dawn' somewhere to decide on Team Captaincy...

I think you might need to also look on the flip side and ban some of those senior citizens as well!

Iirc GW has a minimum age of 16 at Warhammer World, but I'm not sure if that's just for their tournaments, or for anyone using the hall to run events. I know a poster on TBB couldn't attend last years BB because he was 15.
It might be worth dropping Old_Man_Monkey and/or GW events team a line to get an official answer. |

When I was there in 2004 there seemed to be planty of 12year olds playing games in the Hall, so not sure there's a GW age limit for being there...

| Email the Events team on events@games-workshop.co.uk and ask. As I said, I'm not sure if the age limit is for entering their events, or any events held there. You're definetly allowed to have under-16's in Warhammer World. |

Hi all,
I got a reply from the GW folks which said (in different workds...) - 'we're not running the tourney, so get in touch with the organisers...'
Hopefully someone the NAF will finalise the rules soon...

| And I did mention this to Deathwing so he is going to address that in the rules which he is working at the moment. I figure he will want to talk to OMM and maybe Doubleskulls or whoever else is involved in the World Cup organisation. |
