Does the -1 to pass modifier from Foul Appearance apply to Hail Mary Pass?

| For purposes of the fumble, I would say that it would. Just as tackle zones would, etc. |

Under LRB 4 - Yes
Under LRB 5 - No, because FA doesn't put a -1 modifier on the Pass, Pick or Catch rolls (that's what Disturbing Presence does). |

No, under both LRB4 and LRB5 because both have an FAQ that specifically says that tackle zones and Foul appearance/Disturbing presence do not affect Hail Mary Pass. |

| Would it not have been simpler to add "this roll is unmodified" to the HMP skill, rather than tucking it into the FAQ? |
