Milo, are you still waiting on figs? I thought yesterday was to be THE DAY to pick the winner? |

Unfortunately I appear to have been part of this delay. Deeply sorry, folks. As I told Milo, I just want the winner to get the figure I painted, and have no desire to hold up the process. Congrats to whoever wins this thing. Sorry again, guys. |

I was told mine would arrive on the 22nd, so hopefully you've received it. Sorry for being one of the late ones. |

Xtreme's has arrived. Still haven't received HowlingGriffon's but hopefully it should be here any day now. Give me a few days to work out a sound way to get the number drawn and I'll post the result. |

Milo,
http://www.irony.com/mailroll.html
I think this is probably the best method - assign each of the participants a number. Then you will need to collect all of our e-mail addresses. Set the dice roller to randomly determine a number which will correspond to the number of the participant. We will all then get an e-mail telling us of the result.
This way there can be no question of legitimacy or cheating, etc as it is a neutral program and a random generator.
The only problem that I can forsee is that it will not be able to randomly generate the numbers 11, 14, 15, 16. You can do 13 and 18. I am not sure how many people we have, but if it is say 14, then we could always have it generate up to the number 18 - you can tell it to roll two (or more) times) and then the first appropriate result will be the one that is accepted.
Hope this helps,
Spazz |

or you could make a spreadsheet with everyone's names listed randomly, hide the sheet, password protect it, post it up, and have someone pick a number and then supply the password and everyone will be able to see who won
want me to do it? |

Temujin, Spazzfist, those are both good ideas. I think I'll do something incorporating both. Now that we're so close, expect an announcement by Superbowl kickoff. |

Hey, what is going on with the legacy team? I figure my chances are pretty slim but hope springs eternal... |

Recent arrivals:
[l-r: Xtreme, Misanthrope, Nyarlathotep, Temujin71]
The entire team:
So far, we've received only 11 players. (Even I haven't finished mine.) Longfang has requested that he be excluded from the contest. That means that as it stands currently, everyone who submitted a mini has a 10% chance.
I have a spreadsheet ready to post and I can roll the winner, but -- would you guys rather open it back up for more people to submit miniatures, in hopes of having a bigger team? Or should I just go ahead and draw now? Any thoughts? |

Just pick the name - this has gone on long enough, besides people have already been planning the next legacy team - time to move on! |

I agree with Spazzfist, pick a name. Figs were to be done by the end of November. I think this has been long enough. |

Unfortunately, it wouldn't accept multiple email addresses, so the email went to me and Nyarlathotep, who can confirm the result. Here's the winner:
