In an attempt to get started on Friday as quickly and efficiently as possible, all the coaches' details on Babs CanCon Registered players list will be entered in the computer today (Monday).
If there are any errors or ommission then please post details here and I'll fix it. Babs is rather busy right now so don't just send him an update and expect him to fix the web details, post it here or pm me direct.
I'll be leaving here early Thursday morning so any last minute changes will be done on the day. You can change anything before the start so don't think you're locked into the team listed. It's just that we can get started sooner if most details are already entered. |

Nick Ashby is playing Wood Elves, and OzJesting told me he is most likely to be playing Norse. They're the two updates I've got. |

If any of those Dwarf coaches are still desperate for some other race to try, I can bring a spare Skaven team along. |

Boredom?
I don't claim to be an expert on dwarfs because when I used them in a league years ago I lost nearly as many games as I won. However, I found them a bit dull to play since it was difficult to score in less than 3 turns and sometimes took 4. Scoring twice in each half was always a challenge, so it was hard to get more than 3 TDs per game, although I did get 4 a few times. |

Ah, but you see young Jedi... its not how many you score, its how many times you stop him from scoring...
For Dwarves, its all about defence!
(And caging, stalling, fouling, crowd surfing but thats another matter) |

ooh last minute stuff... if anyone has a saurus and or kroxigor miniature painted and they arent playing lizards, could you please bring them along.. ive only got 5 saurus painted up, and I cant see myself getting the time to slap some paint on a 6th. Just in case I dont lose the masses of players I expect to and have nothing to do with my moolah. Cheers |

Do you want green or brown lizards and what numbers do you need on them? |

Wasn't that the same excuse as Euc Bowl? 6 months to paint one Krox.
Saying that I can't complain I haven't painted anything for years |

Too late, I'm leaving home now. I have packed a green Saurus (14) and Krox(16) but we can renumber them if necessary.
I also have a spare Skaven team for those Dwarf coaches. |

Just a little placard here to say that I thought the tournament ran extremely well, that results will be in hopefully as soon as Saturday - however please be patient. |

Oh - and a big thank you to those who had byes. Your gratiousness was fabulous. You know who you are (Grimrod, Beefy after his opponent slept in and missed the round, and D'arquebus.) |
