I have been promising to put better pic's up so here they are.
The Black Pass Butchers
The home stadium The Black Pass Pit
Through the door way at the back of the home team dugout is the changerooms, which you can see from the otherside
The stadium even has a toilet block
Inside the toilet block
The naughty boys cutting the away teams dugout down
I'm in the planing stage for my next pitch/arena. More details to follow on that. |

Yeah, it is tight but they do fit and the lockers are for stuffing the snotlings in anyway |

That is indeed very impressive - glad that you put these extra pics up, as the first ones do not do the amount of detail justice!
Looking forward to seeing your next creations!

Cool, if you have any pics of the build process please write an article and submit it to the NAF. This post will get buried in time but as an article it will be more always be easy to find ion the future. |

Unfortunatly, I did not take any pic's while making this one, I will try to remember to take some with the next project. Basically it's mdf around the outside with multiple layers of 40mm polystyrene. Then go to work with the hot wire cutter. When assembled i coated it with one coat of watered down PVA glue, I always add a couple of drops of ink so I can tell where i have covered. I then made a pva/water/sand mix and painted it on, when dry I did the same again to give it a good texture. All of that should seal up the polystyrene as well. Then sprayed it black. Then painted watered down patch's of graveyard earth and shadow grey. Then a ton of drybrushing grey, gradually getting lighter.
As a suggestion to the mods, why not set up a section called "Hall of Fame" on this site. Then if deemed good enough you could put the pics up of teams and pitch's for everyone to easily find and admire. |

That is one very cool stadium. I especially like the gnoblars with the saw, very creative and amusing.
My only question is, with the pitch covered in sand like that does the paint on your minis get nicked up. I imagine it is the same as playing on a very rough grit sandpaper. |

I love all the little details you have put in. I definitely would like to try making a stadium of my own one day. |

Great team and great pitch/stadium! Wouldn't want to get knocked down on that ground (but facing Ogres it'd hard to keep standing). Very nice paintjob on everything too! What playing a game do you remove the stadium for easier access to the pitch? |
