I just spoke to Ben tonight and he told me that he is going to be coming for sure. Eric, he said that he would like to come up with us in your vehicle, but if there is not enough room, then he would be willing to drive his own vehicle, and maybe lighten the load on the van.

There should be room but the problem could arise if everyone is staying at different locations (more logistics to figure out Sad ).

The list of riders stands at:
  • Me
  • Spazz
  • Peter
  • Talons
  • Ben
  • Dan - Pending
  • CS - Pending

So we are looking at 5 to 7 people whch is doable. If we pack nothing more than the essentials [in the cas of 7] we are fine. But if larger items are being brought than we may run into an issue.

I suggest we only buy the beer when we get into the city so we are not carrying that with us. This time, I am only bringing the one team, so no worries about me bringing several cases like I did to Niaggaroth! Very Happy

The only thing that is going to be awkward is the new wooden spoon - but I am sure we can work it out.

As for anyone staying at different locations, I would suggest that we go to Jones' and then we can figure out how they are getting to the next place from there (maybe that person can come get them).

Getting pumped for this one!

Adam....any chance you can get glen to give me a call in regards to a place to crash. I want to get something figured out ASAP. Spaz I am going to be calling you tonight around 930pm hopefully that is not too late. Eric give me a call Sunday if you can...I will be home around 430pm. I need to figure out the best route for us to meet.

Hey Rob (Talons), I'll forward your number to him...I don't see a problem but it's his place so he'll confirm with you. I may be able to have a few guys crash at my place as well. Live with the folks but there cool and we have a couple couches/beds people can crash in. Anyhow, see you all in a couple weeks.

Adam

I just got off the phone with Glenn and he said that he is willing to put us all up at his place for the weekend. There is a couple of couches, a bed and floor space for any with air matresses, so we are all more than welcome to stay.

@Eric - he said that he is taking the weekend off, so we can show up at any time - he said the sooner the better!

12 days and counting! Very Happy

Ok I just put in the time off request at work, so unless work screws me, I'm in....

I'm in the process of making the mutations by adding greenstuff to my 11 Beastmen.

OK, it seems that everyone who is planning on comming up with me is free to go anytime and Glenn is willing to extend his hospitality to allow us to arrive at anytime. Now just have to confirm with Peter when he is free and hope I can take the day off. So by friday a plan of action should be formulated.

I am certain there are options for people to stay at dwarfrunners place too. He has been away on holiday recently to vegas so probably why he hasn't said so on here.

So who are the 3 odd men out & in what order.....

Cause I heard Glen wants to play, so is he not an odd man out? Or is he the 1st odd man out?

In case you forgot in an all rounds being Death-Bowl format, you need 3 odd men out in case you attendance is not a multiple of 4.

I'm sure you guys have takin care of this already, Laughing But since I was labled at last years Death-Bowl as a Rules-Monger (well it was a slightly more offencive name than Monger given to me , but I'd rather not post it on here due to bad taste Laughing )

And no Spazz I'm not drunk, I just woke up....

... and you call me pissy! Laughing I wasn't even thinking that, but seeing as you called me out, I figured I should respond!

For what it is worth, I could tell you were not drunk, because there was no rambling and spelling was decent. Wink

Glenn is 1st odd man out, the odds are good that he plays (I was 1st odd man out last year).
I am second odd man out.
3rd odd man out is not set in stone, but could be a variety of different players for different games.
