Chaos Dwarves. Definitely Chaos Dwarves!
Strong Arm and Accurate say "passes the ball" so I would say No.
Pass says it can be re-rolled "when they miss a pass" so I would say Yes. |

Sorry Melifaxis .... the rules for the Bomb in the LRB says it is treated just like the ball basically. So yes, all passing skills (other than Dump Off) can be used with a Bomb.
