In the new competition rules, the looney doesn't have the no hands rule. Is this a typo? How can a little green runt tote around a not-so-secret secret weapon of death and do it with one hand?

The same is true for the Bombardier. Probably this is done to boost the Gobbo Team and give these two a chance to get SPP from another source than MVP.
Oh and fluffwise I see no problem: the Looney is as his title suggests a looney and therefore handels the chainsaw with one hand.
