It has been mentioned before (although maybe on TalkBB) about a defensive result that gives 1 spp
similar to an interception in it's stop the ball concept
The Sack is just for stat purposes and is not influenced by new skills or out of sequence actions
Simply put, if your player, during your turn, takes out the ball carrier on the opposition team (i.e. knocks the ball loose) you get one spp for this to represent the value it plays in your teams defense.
this is a skill we have adopted to benefit the teams who have trouble stopping the pass as easily as Elves. |

still seems to favor Elves.
getting to the ball to knock it loose doesn't seem like something a high agility player would have a problem with...
and the question arises...
an Ogre lobs a snotling into the dwarf brick... after "bouncing" a couple times, the ball carrier is knocked down,
who gets the SPP? |

This would seriously bump up the Elves... they can generally get to where the ball is, rather easily.
Wardancers really have little trouble getting a hit on the ball... and being block/dodge, there is rarely a reason not to try.

This would make Strip Ball the first choice for every player who can take it! |
