Wicked. I still have a bunch of 2nd ed models including Goblins. I think I have practically every 2nd ed Dark Elf model they have. Looking forward to seeing your squad up close. 6 days! |

Yeah looking forward to seeing yourself as well Andy plus the entire RCR crew. So looking forward to tomorrow!
To all the crews from Seattle, Oregon and Alberta - hope you all have a safe drive in and we'll see you all bright and early tomorrow.
Best regards,

After the smoke cleared and the dust settled, 56 teams made their way out to compete for the Spike! Magazine 2011. Awesome turnout from the out-of-towners this year, especially Washington State, Alberta and Oregon. 2 Canadian provinces and 2 US States (take the square mileage of that and see how much Europe you can fit in there ) - Pac West is kicking ass and still growing! Another record turnout for Canadian tournaments held and another record showing for the Spike!
Special thanks go out to Dennis (daloonieshamen) for making the trip out from California. I regret not having a chance to talk to you that weekend but I was absolutely swamped (we'll chat at World Cup though).
Big thanks go out to Weav for rounding up the Oregon crew and being such a great sport. Big thanks to Tremere and Da_Scum for bringing the Alberta crew out as well - wouldn't be a Spike! without you guys.
Supreme thanks go out to Khail for rounding up the community in Washington State and all his hard work on getting our trophies done this year. Still owe you a drunk night in Amsterdam for that one!
Huge thanks go out to Blammaham for designing and bringing to fruition the great Duke Vampire model that debuted at the Spike! this year. Awesome job dude.
Big thanks go out to Sallacious that didn't get to play but helped with the Name Tag design as well as those great new Throw-in templates. Cheers buddy!
Thanks for Killerbean and Warpstone for all their help on the day, and Killerbean's great names tags.
And nuclear thanks go out to my brother Mike, aka Poundfist, for all his hard work on the website, registration, set up, prize support, and overall help during the day. Thanks again for taking all my abuse. Could not do it without you buddy. Looking forward to when we can both sit out of a tournament and play at the same time! Amsterdam!!
And again huge thanks to all our sponsors who made sure all 56 participants walked away with something from the door prize table! AEG games - makers of Monkey Lab and Thunderstone rocked the mike this year. Awesome guys! Imperial Hobbies also contributed vastly and we thank them greatly. And thank you Craving for a Game for your continued prize support and advertising the event.
Thanks to everyone who came out and hope to see you all next year! The recap for the Glittering Prizes for those who were not there are as follows.

Exactly - just waiting on one NAF ID to be entered. I should have all the NAF stats entered by mid week. Thank you for your patience.
