Field / Dugouts / Templates
3 Copies of team roster
Points:
Win -- 60 pts
Tie -- 30 pts
Loss -- 10 pts
Each casualty caused -- 5pts
Each TD scored -- 5 pts
Casualty Rules:
ALL casualties count! Blocks, Fouls, AND Crowd Surfs
Team Builds:
1.1 mil team build (players, rerolls, fan factor, inducements)
After team is created, you have 200k to buy skills. (20k normal, 30k double, no stat increases)
Allowed Inducements include: Babes, Bribes, Chef, Igor, Star Players, Wandering Apoth, and Wizards
Additional Rules:
At the start of the tournament, each coach will be given two rings. Prior to the start of each game, each coach will choose two linemen for which you did not purchase any additional skills on their team to receive one +1 stat upgrade each. Linemen are the 0-12 or 0-16 players on your roster builds. The stat upgrades cannot be the same for both linemen (ex. You can’t give +1 ST to both but you can give +1 ST to one and +1 MA to another).
Coaches should put the rings on the linemen with the stat upgrades to mark them. At the start of each game, the stat upgrades reset and the coaches will once again choose two linemen to give stat upgrades. In other words, the stat upgrades do not “stack†from one game to another, but you can change the stat increase between matches if you so choose. If you don’t have an unupgraded lineman, you don’t get a ring. So keep some noobies on your roster...
Illegal Procedure:
In the spirit of good fun, NO illegal procedures will be called.
Tie Breakers (if needed):
Ties broken in the following order, 1) Winning %, 2) Head to Head record, 3) Net TDs plus Net CAS, 4) Total TDs plus Total CAS
Dice:
Each coach will be given a set of tournament dice, these are the only d6 dice to be used during the tournament. The ONLY block dice allowed are GW or NAF dice.
Awards:
Awards for 1st place, 2nd place, Most TD, Most CAS, Best Sportsman, Wooden Spoon |

I'm getting married next summer.. stealing the idea from some good friends -- I'll be running Put A Ring On It! We'll be using some of the same rules that Valdric/RowdyKatie used for their tournament. |
