Excellent news!
Thanks to everyone who bought their tickets over the weekend. Looks like it's going to be another VERY good turnout
Regarding e-tickets from the NAF. It may be several weeks before they're sent out as we'll send in batches.
Anything else that's unclear, email: thenafchampionship@gmail.com |

Is there any way to know how many places are still available? |

I would like to point out that I had no clue (in North America) tickets were on sale until I got bored and looked at Europe fourm.
I was under the imression that NAFC was a world event. I guess I misunderstood. |

The information is there e.g. TOURNEYS section and on the front page of the site. Feel free to spread the word, DLS!
We'll process all the payments received in the next few weeks and post a full list here, with regular updates. There are plenty of places don't worry. In no danger of selling out any time soon. |

Pippy,
If a Major is supposed to be a Major why does it not jump out from the rest?
I went to tourneys page and it was lost among some 75-80 other events.
Hey if it is just another tournament to you, I guess that sets the tone. |

There's no need to be rude. You could just point out your preference for a more clear announcement of the tournament. |

hello!!
one could ask: is a problem if I have a team made up of the balck orc orcs, lineman, and goblins of WHF, while blitzter are W40k, and have the shoulder straps of space marines or chaos space marines, while the troll is another miniature GW, however, all conversions are done with the material .. GW
one last thing: you must also have the original field of the box base?
thanks a lot. |

As long as the miniatures are easily identifiable as Black orc, Blitzer etc (I recommend you colour code your bases) you're fine. |

GW ask that you use citadel miniatures.
Other than that from the NAF's perspective you can use what you like as long as your opponent can easily identify differences between player positions. Thadrin is exactly right!
Re basing of miniatures - again you can do this how you like, whatever suits you.
If you meant use of custom BB pitches, standard pitches will be provided by GW for all games. No need to bring along your own. |

Can you be faster please?
Foreign coaches have to ask for days off and to buy airplane tickets. (Ryan doesn't wait too many weeks to increase the costs) Not mentioning Hotel reservation, car hiring, and other stuff connected to trip organization.
We need just the confirmation, we can wait for the ticket and or e-ticket.
Thx,
Roller |

Pippy has said on TFF that your paypal confirmation means you've got a ticket. |

In fairness, I think for foreign coaches we can get an email to you as well, or a PM. There are enough staff involved on this event to cover that. I take your point Roller as I am the same with Dungeonbowl and Sascha always looks after us with the upmost attention. |

NAFC 2012 Rules Pack wrote: To reserve your place please send a £40 PayPal payment to thenafchampionship@gmail.com. Each entrant must provide their full name and current email address. NAF members must also provide their NAF name. Payments received before 09:00 on 14th January will not be accepted.
You will receive immediate email confirmation of your payment by PayPal. Once we have received and processed your details as above, the NAF will also send confirmation via email. This process may take a few weeks. When it arrives, please print your confirmation email ready to bring to the tournament.
We haven't sold out; there are heaps of spaces still available. If you have your PayPal receipt then you're in.
I'll post up a full list of paid entrants in the next few days. Official tickets may be a few weeks. |
