Dear All,
It is my great pleasure to announce that the Canadian Open 2012 will be held at Duelling Ground (toronto), the 10th/11th of March.
The participation fees are 15$ for NAF, 20$ for non-NAF players. That will cover the trophies and some surprises.
*Special Old Farts Option*
You can attend only for the saturday. There will be a small trophy on the saturday, most of the prizes will be for the combined rankings of Saturday / Sunday.
The subscription will still be 15$.
Schedule:
Saturday: 3 games, 11 am to 7 pm, with a lunch break after the first game.
=> to save some time, we will meet up at 10 am in Dufferin Mall Food Court to do the registration and game announcements.
Sunday: 2 games, starting at 11 am. Get a solid breakfast, no lunch break!
The rule book is available here:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/20577437/CO_rulebook_2012.pdf
In short:
1,100,000 to build your team, access to inducements (but not the cards or the starplayers), bribes for gobs = 50,000, HMC for Halflings = 100,000.
Then, you'll get a skill pack.
For any infos, you can PM me or Stimme, or email us bbcanadianopen@gmail.com, or call us, or come to talk to us...
This tournament is part of the ECGP 2012

If you can make it only for 1 day, you can find a partner to play the second day (not necessarily the same team). n that case, your ranking will be a joined ranking.
Some rumor said that some bloodbowl legends might show up, such as Nuffle's son: Mr Watts himself! |

It's going to be great!
As a goodie, Lizardcore (if he plays) and me will play Tier3 teams, allowing everybody sweet revenge who suffered a defeat from one of us last season.
Hosting possibilities are also plenty, don't worry about that. |

Hey, Laurent.
Unlike your filthy French comrades I do not have the clap. I'm the only TO that doesn't consistently spell your name with an extra "a." Please give my ID a shot of Penicillin, would ya. |

Until last weekend. Clash of the foreigners. The game was intense, but no one knew what was going on because they couldn't understand the accents. But Laurent came out the b!tch, and the student became the master. |
