| Any word on whether the kick off related special cards will be discarded or changed to work within the frame of deathbowl? |

Most of the cards wording will simply be amended to fit the Deathbowl game. ie: if it states to use prior to kickoff result, it will be effective before the 4 teams roll to see who's turn it is first. Some also state things about when in the turn sequence to play them, most of which have to be played at the beginning of your turn. So the long and short answer is YES 
I'll take a quick look through them again and make notes as to which will be amended and how and will let you all know shortly. |

So here is the more complete answer to your question, only two cards will be withheld from all of them as they cannot really be modified to apply to Deathbowl. They are Badyear Git from the Misc Mayhem deck and Come to Papa from the Special Play deck. Other than those 2 the rest is all about the wording being slightly changed to be applicable to Deathbowl. Many are fine as is, it is only the ones that reference being involved with the kick-off that needed to be looked at. I have looked at them all and will explain to the coaches when they are drawn from the deck how they will need to be played. |
