what's yours?
do you go for ones like american football ie elfhelm eagles sort of thing or do you go for sillier ones like big dave big butch men that are very sensative.
Just curious
mine new undead is Smiths Grove Shemps and if you can name the two different film references i'll be very impressed. you won't win anything. |

My favourite was my short lived PBeM Halfling team:
Moot Madhouse Inmates
But even after only regularly playing for 8 months, there's to many to mention. |

Smiths's grove was the asylum of Michael Myers from Halloween
Fo the "shemps" I had no idea, but Google-assisted I'd think there is a connection to Army of Darkness. Close? |

when I use any non-dark elf team I use the Felwithe Falcons, and my human team that I took to the BB was the Neuberg Magpies - the reference to a real life team is easy to spot
currently trying to think of a nurgle based team name for my new chaos team... thought about the Rotter-dam Ravagers, but people might think I'm dutch.
I've also named all my players and each of them has their own history. I used my random team name generators for that.
Finally, my Norse team is called Dynamo Kislev, but I still have to paint them... |

My teams are very dull, apparently, but they have so much history:
Warlords - humans
Phoenix Phantoms - high Elves
Villans - orc
Scuttlers - skaven
Small Fury - Chaos (Khorne) halfling
Unnatural Selection - horde team
Some of our league players have had classic names
Clar Karond Cobras - Dark Elf
Estalian Eagles - human
Khaines Killers - dark elf
Other players have gone completely off the wall in our league. There are themed names...
Special Treats
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
I expect you To Die
And daft names
Siminifrious Tubloidal Buttenoids
I Know What You Did Last Season
and then....
I Still Know What You Did Last Season
Do Sheep Expand In The Rain?
Nine Years Of Highly Defective People
Then there's this one guy...
Fargo Piano Assassins
Clockwork Thingvallavatn
Children Of The Monkey Basket
Thudd Bucket
Dread Harbingers Of Tea Time
Abstract Unknown Team
I don't know what he's on...
Oh and the most painful?
Norsemen Of The Apocalypse |

For many years I have only played Orcs, and they have always been Da Meathedz. In fact, Da Meathedz are rather legendary in Aussie cicrles, not for my winning reputation though. In fact, I'm not quite sure why, given that I don't win a lot and I don't kill many players!
I have recently started a Dwarf team, and I bowed to the pressure and named them after my football team (with a twist). My team (we're talking Super 12's rugby union here) are the ACT Brumbies, but I didn't want to be too cliched. So my new team (in Brumbies colours) are the Crookback Mountain Mustangs. So, there you have my two teams names.
Cheers! |

lol noodle, I think "I know what you did last season" and "Norsmen...." are quite good!
So which of them will you be bringing to the tournament? Not that I want an early warning to plan my team or anything... |

Well...
Looney Shrooms-Goblins
Amarus Serpents-Lizardmen
Highland Dragons- Humans/Norse (haven't decided yet, still need to convert all the models to have kilts)
And I'm still trying to come up with a name for my Slaanesh Chaos Team.
I normally play against:
Reikwald Rangers-humans
Port-de-ville Penguins-Nun humans
Dagraks Destroyers-Chaos Dwarves
Wormsnotz Deathskulz-orcs
Green Boil Pussers-Nurgle Rotters |

heh then they'll be facing the Neuberg Magpies, my Human team out for vengeance after a poor showing at the Blood Bowl...
possibly with the addition of my newly painted Ogre
noodle, are you going to the student championships in loughborough about a month before carnage?
EDIT: thought I'd repost my random player name generators here - cos brinkster is a pretty crap host you'll probably need to cut and paste the link rather than clicking on it...

Name them the "Slaanesh City Cheats." Paint them up like the Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL (red, yellow, and white).
