those T-shirts are EXTREMELY cool, and a match for the blackshirts! we'll have to see which shirts reign triumphant, bearing in mind I'm working on my own secret one

Although I only ordered it yesterday, the trophy has arrived today!! It's certainly living up to it's name as a carnage trophy - when I opened the package I used a nice set of sharp scissors and promptly cut a huge chunk out of my finger
and it won't stop bleeding  |

thankfully it's stopped and the trophy is clean
However.... here's a pic of the trophy.
You might notice that this trophy looks thinner than the one on the other thread (or your pack). Also, the laces have carved grooves around them and the crystal base is a little taller than the other pic. What has happened is this... the place I bought it from used the picture of the 11" tall trophy to advertise this one, but didn't have any entry at all for the 11" one. I've bought this trophy, which still rocks, but thought what I'd get was the larger one. Now the larger one is 3 x the price of this one, so I can't really upgrade to it... All it means is I've sent a snotty email of complaint to the manufacturers complaining that what they advertised, and what I thought I was buying, is not actually what I was buying. Needless to say, I was immensely pissed off ( ) and told them I can't buy from them again as I don't know if what I am seeing is what I get.
However, that's not to say that what we now have as the trophy sucks. It still looks absolutely awesome, especially on it's base, and the wife assures me that a quick comparison between the pics in your packs and the real thing doesn't really make them look different. I still think it's a class trophy, I'm just annoyed with the false advertising from the sellers.
And I've checked - it looks GREAT on a mantlepiece

It does indeed - I'm just pissed off they advertised the bigger version. I've written a scathing letter of complaint so you never know they might send me the big one for free, and we can use this for 2nd place!! Not that I expect that for a minute though....
And my finger stopped bleeding in the end.
Started working on rosters last night, and I realised I CAN fit an Ogre into my team |
