We might be able to get extra local players as well. |

Maybe i missed it, but when is all this happening. If I can convince some friends to make the trip there will be a Quebec team coming. It all depends when it all goes down.

It's April 29-30 in Downingtown, PA (about 35 minutes outside of Philadelphia.) |

If you want to head down Dan we can hook up and arrange to travel together. |

Actually, looking more closely at the rules, it hardly seems right to charge a flat rate of 70K for [i]any[i] goblin secret weapon. Some are obviosuly more effective than others. I mean, who is going to spend 110K for a goblin ball and chain who has the potential to move and die on the first turn? Even 110K is too much for a chainsaw.
What is the rationale behind the huge cost? I know that you are not realistically expecting goblin teams out, but is this your way of ensuring that they do not want to attend? |

Not a bad point Craig. The secret weapon rules could indeed use a little tweaking. The table that Ben used for the Canadian open wasn't bad. Though I still think that only Goblin teams should be allowed Secret weapons. The original rationale behind the high costs was to basically make them a flavor addin to a goblin team. I know you didn't do amazingly with them but I'm still not convinced that a team full of secret weapons couldn't be devistating. I've done it before myself just to prove a point that it could be done. A team full of SW's played right can be a scary sight to behold. I'll tweak Bens table a bit though and update to those SW rules. |

BAH...this is Tom Foolishness...do you know how "right" the dice would have to be for this team to win a tourney?
Furthermore...where is the "Team full of secret weapons" movie playing? How would that happen in a tourney setting? |

NY has two players, with fierce negotiation for a third. So, maybe combining with Boston is an idea. We can be the New England Team. ![Very Happy](modules/PNphpBB2/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |

Is New York and Boston working together even allowed in your country though? ![Smile](modules/PNphpBB2/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Yeah, I was going to post something witty about Sox and Yankees fans working together. But not being a Yankees (or Baseball) fan, I had nothing to draw on. |

Myself & Talons are looking to possibly add a team, but we are not picky about borders in fact if we need to we will recruit coaches from the US we will do it & we will form a CAN/AM faction!
