He'd better win a few more tournies if he wants to claim that title...
BTW - someone better give Zombie his NAF access back if he's gonna be on the team |

My lord what we Canadians won't do to win a tournament Giving Zombie his access back. Why does that give me a cold shiver down the spine.
In all honesty though he has mellowed a little over the last two years. I think having a real job has changed him a little. |

Let's see...
Zombie's won the Deathbowl, the Canadian Open, and placed pretty well at the other tournies where I see him play... while Steve's not been the most tactful or respectful on the boards, he is certainly a very fine tournament player....
as far as access returned, I'd consider any request, or ask the President to do the same.... |

I, of course, think Zombie is the 2nd best tourney player in the world right now.

That's like par for the course for most TBBF coaches.
I mean, our league only holds 16 of the top 20 Canadian spots (no thanks to me). |

Hey Guys,
Has anyone taken the lead here?
I'm interested although the thickness of the wallet will be a factor. (Not to mention the wife factor.) |

Well...I am definately interested in attending...but I think that in the interest of USA having a better chance at this, we may want to have a qualifier.
I did manage to avoid the spoon yesterday, but I'm not sure that it helps that "Avoiding the Spoon" is really enough to cut it. |

Before we have the qualifier, let's see if we have enough people who can/want to go.
If we have just enough people then we are pretty much settled. |

Old Man Monkey and I were talking at the TKC, he is interested in organizing and running the team. I think he would be the perfect captain myself.
I have a couple forums up for discussing the team and making plans on the Zlurpee Forums. I don't think we are going to have to worry about qualifiers I think its going to come down to who can make it. |

I'll hold on to any funds I raise for team USA for now and I'll pass them on to either Xtreme or OMM at GenCon. |
