I'm pretty certain that would have still been a turnover if they'd had No Hands - that's certainly the way I've played and seen it played anyway.
Yep, a turnover - from the LRB "No Hands" skill description:
Quote: If he attempts to pick up the ball then it will
bounce, and will causes a turnover if it is his team???s turn. |

I have 2 questions.
When will these rules be official?
And will they be then inplimented into STARS prrogram here on NAF?
I was just about to start a league using STARS for a league tracker, but if the new rules are to implimented into it soon, I could wait.
no biggie either way (5.0 or 6.0 ) for me, I'm just curious is all.
Thanks in advance,

Maybe I am thick, but i dont understand how the stunty rule change changes the injury.
The way i understood the old rule, was that whenever someone rolled on the injury, there was a +1. So a 7 would become an 8, and a 9 would become a 10, and a 10 would become an 11....
But that's pretty much what the new rule states. Only it says a 7 becomes an 8 and a 9 becomes a 10. It just doesn't make any inference about 1-6 and 10-12.
So how's that changing the probability of casualty? I dont get it. |

In addition, this player treats a roll of 7 and
9 on the Injury table after any modifiers have been applied as a KO'd and
Badly Hurt result respectively rather than the normal results.
The change comes when you roll '9', it is Badly Hurt automatically. i.e. no roll on the caualty table for a Injury roll of '9' on a Stunty. |

Oh Okay, now i see the change. Whoa, that's great for skinks. 9 becomes a BH automatically rather than a potential death...Nice. |

So this will not make a difference in tourney but in league it is HUGE! I would even be tempted to start a stunty team in league as now their long-term survivability is much better! |
