er... I appreciate my performance was not much to write home about.. in fact, it would be better if the results were never logged for this as far as I am concerned.. but still no TKC II results logged?? |

still working on getting the 5MB file to Ken - right now, the hard drive is not booting so I may have to take the drive out and switch to another computer that's working properly....
I'm truly sorry guys.... |

It sounds like that may be more trouble than pluggni g the numbers in yourself.
though it does occour to me that you'd have to go through the same excercise to get Ken the data or use it yourself. |

Maybe there's a better way to do it to cut down on the size. I'll modify my spreadsheet so that it meets your scoring system if it helps. The Brouhaha results are about 117 KB.
Then you just need to enter the Coach Names, NAF ID's, Race, and Team Names, and Painting Points on the first page. It will automatically copy that data over to the next pages. Then you'd just have to enter Table Number, TDF, TDA, CASF, CASA for everyone and the rest will calculate by the formulas.
Just let me know, it would be very easy and I'm happy to do it. |

28 coaches, Robb... let me first figure out if I can get the drive running and once I can look at the data again, I'm certain I can cut and paste to something, somehow...
thanks everyone for the help.... |

If you can even just get one clean printout, you'll be able to enter the initial info onto the first worksheet and then just five things for each coach for all the rounds
Working on the edits now |

Ok, I finished it. Even added drop downs for the race to save typing.
On the sheet call "Three Kingdoms Challenge" you need to enter:
Coach Name
NAF ID
Race (Using Drop Downs)
Team Name
Painting Points
The next five viewable sheets (dont mess with the hidden columns or sheets) are called "Round One", "Round Two", etc. You will need to enter:
Table Number
TDF (Touch Downs For)
TDA
CASF
CASA
Sportsmanship Points
The rest will calculate/populate automatically. When you open the sheet you will see that all coaches have 200 points, dont worry about it. That's just because all results look like 0-0 ties with 0-0 casualties before you put the data in.
So, you just need to enter 140 values on the main page and then 168 values on each of pages 2-6 and you'll have it all ready to roll.
Hope it helps |

sorry, Rob, not yet... I haven't been able to get the hard drive functioning where these files are... I'll try again this weekend and if I can't get it to work, I'll pull the drive and take it somewhere where I can get the info.... |

Jim-
If it makes it any easier...I can do a house call ala The Geek Squad to fix you up...I will just include the travel expense in the bill.

P.S. In 40K Parlance...I am more of a MekBoy than a TechMarine but I get the job done. |
