Sorry to hear that you will not be able to make it out Ken. As you say there will be other tourneys.
But one marriage for now? Don't let the wife see that one!
(I think my wife will be having something written into our marriage vows that say something like "until Blood Bowl do us part")
See you next year!

Currently on the phone with Grath trying to give him directions to the house. This could be a comedy routine! He keeps messing up the directions and then was having trouble with the length of his arms at the drive through ATM! Too funny!
He keeps saying that as he goes every bump he hears the beers rattling in the trunk - teasing him1
I think he finally made it..... |

Great weekend so far.
The turnout was pretty disappointing (Montreal, TBBF, I am looking in your direction with angry eyes), leaving our fine T.O. with a lot of bills. Shame, shame!
Rod and I played our last two games drunk. He beat me in our matchup -- sad day for us all!

I would imagine if Rod had won this...there would have been 700 new posts about it.
However, I am interested to know who took home the prize.

no, we didn't go back in time. The Finals was Paul vs Ben with Ben winning again.
Great tournament Spazz, lots of fun. I wish more of the TBBF guys could have showed up for it.
Final Standings were:
1) Ben Tusim
2) Paul Connors
3) Glenn Jones
Repeat of last year for me 4-1-1, with the loss and tie to Ben. Had a great time. |

Was it Dwarfs vs Dwarfs again in the final?

Yeah, it was dwarves vs dwarves for the final, and humans vs humans for the spoon!
I will post all the results and copious amounts of pics when I have a moment - need to unwind!

Ha! How did you know?!?
I beat Eric R. 3-1 in a game where Eric had several key rolls go against him. To put it in perspective, I caused 4 casualties against him, but none the other way. Let it be known that I, going into the game, had the LEAST points.
But I don't even think that I was second last (after the 'spoon' game) -- Craig, what place was I?

Great tourney, despite the lack of commitment of locals (TBBF)
tried Orcs for the 1st time & went W2-T-0 L-4
Not the greatest record, but had some very close nail biter games.... will be giving Orcs another go for sure!
My TD's were 7/10 (-3) , CAS were 14/3 (+11)
Game # 1 defeated Lizards 3-1
Game # 2 lost to Dwarves 0-1
Game #3 defeated Humans 3-1
Game #4 lost to Dwarves 0-3
Game #5 lost to Humans 1-2
Game #6 lost to Necromatic 0-2
My Slann Jose Skinks did win the Stunty Cup! (Not sure how I did win, since I was talking in slured speach most game from being hammered!
The BEER was flowing , & I was bombed !!!! I don't quite remember much of the actual Stunty Cup match at all )
