Yeah, totally keen for a break of 2-3 weeks between tournies.

We will definitely try and put it in early febuary.

Well another Death Bowl has passed and WOW!!!!! Brian all I have to say is THANK YOU.

To all my opponents also goes a thank you. Because of you it was a blast. To Cam ( Twist ) , next time our Fling teams meet it will be war. You pulled out a great win to take the silver tray. Congrats on the win.

Pleased with the way my team worked out and very surprised to get three wins with them. Looking forward to going to the other tourney's in the new year. Glen and Craig thanks for the invite to them.

Again thanks to everyone i played and I am sure everyone will agree that Death Bowl is the best tourney around.

Dan

Brian,

Have to warn you now, that the old noodle is cooking, and I have a couple more ideas for teams! Only problem with that is that I was hoping to bring my ogre team of Mexican masked wrestlers (The Luchadores) out to the Year of the Ogre next year, but we'll have to wait and see what happens..... Smile

Well next year being the year of the Ogre we'll be using the 4.0 Ogre roster, not the 5.0. Just to keep that in mind for those of you interested in bringing out Ogre teams for DBV. There's going to be a lot of rules juggling for next year to make 5.0 playable. Rod you should make up that "Teleporting Pixies" team for next year Laughing

Brian

Just a little shout out to all my rowdy friends from Death Bowl IV. Thanks once again to your wife, friends and of course yourself for making Death Bowl the ultimate Bloodbowl Tourney.

To all my teamates from Southern Ontario......Let's kick some Montreal A double crooked letter next year at Death Bowl V. Just to let them know, who the kings of Bloodbowl really are.

P.S Ben....Could you maybe try and win a prize next year????? B*tch!!!

Last but not least, Thanks to everyone who came out to this years Death Bowl. We missed you Paul, Garth, G-Ken, OMM, and the rest of the tourneys usual suspects. Hopefully next year will be bigger and better.

PS2 I think B*tch should be the theme of the year!!!!!! Laughing

Well, Team USA made it back home along with nénufars from the boulangerie. Yum. Had a great time again. Thanks Brian & stalwart cohorts. Wish more of the team was there....

After a couple of weekends of travelling, I'm almost caught up on laundry, plumbing repairs, and schoolwork now.

Just to get the bragging rights for posterity settled, Brian have you had a chance yet to peek at the standings after the final round? Seems like there might be a glitch in the spreadsheet: seems a bit steep that the Scorpions dropped from 12th to 20th, and points only went from 217 to 226.

The Deathbowl round was another fun high-scoring ratfest. 3-2-0-0 (rats-rats-orcs-elves). Pity the kept-it-close and smoked-em bonuses don't apply, Squee!

Cheers,
Maureen

It does look a bit wierd Maureen, cos you only have 2/0/3 in your record which adds up to 5 not 6 games. so maybe you might have a few more points than 226. Maybe you should PM Brian.

In fact the killer bees also have a 5 game record 1/0/4 so maybe there is a result between Craig's and your team that wasn't entered??

Yeah there are two teams with only 5 games recorded Confused For a beta run through the software it held up pretty well but there are obviously a couple bugs in there. I'll get them hammered out and fixed.

Don't worry Eric I'll be sure to get your name engraved on that spoon for DBIV Laughing That honor is all yours.

Joe
