Wouldn't bother me if I didn't play. Heck last year I flew all the way to England just to help referee the Blood Bowl. I did get a couple games in that weekend though. Either way as long as everyone has a blast I'm a happy camper.

Hey all this will probably be my last post until after the tournament so I'll bring you al up to date as to the news I have now.
- Andy has arrived safe and sound.
- Two of the hostesses that were supposed to be at the event have dropped out so there will only be one hostess now (sorry Mel )
- There are now over 20 prizes to give away! Not to mention the Gutter Runner, Metal Ball, and door prize fig that everyone is going to get.
The prizes are...
An autographed complete game of Blood Bowl
An autugraphed 2003 Blood Bowl Annual
A team carrying case
A Shadowforge Elf team
A Shadowforge Nun team
A GW New Elf team
A GW Vampire team
A GW Necromatic team
A set of Phils Phigs Valkyries
5 Blood Bowl mag 10's
A pack of loose metal New Elves (14 figs)
3 Blister packs, Ramtut III, Zara the Slayer, Trophy pack
1 loose metal Dwarf Star Player with chainsaw
1 loose metal Dwarf Star Player carrying a ball
3 loose metal elves (was supposed to be the new Lucien Swift but may never be produced)
- Andy has brought with him a whole case of Pro painted figs. A number of which have never been seen before(such as some undead cheerleaders and the new minotaur) and some famous figs (such as the figs used for the pictures on the goblin star player cards.
Well that's about it for now. I hope to see a lot of you there. If you can't make it this year there's always next year |

Well people are paying 40$ for this. I want to make sure they get their moneys worth and that there's no doubt that I'm not pocketing the money.
As it goes the first 30 people to show up get the metal ball. Eveyone gets the Gutter Runner and Door prize. From there there's a good chance that you also get a prize.

Guys: I'm so sad that I won't be able to attend! Damn, it's in my courtyard!
For those of you who don't know, I work for the Montreal Canadiens and we play on Saturday (we'll kick the ass of those damn Leafs--Again!), so it's a full day of work for me and the coach has scheduled a practice for Sunday, 11 am, so it's another day of work for me
I hope the tourney is a huge success and look forward to attend my very first tourney at another time.
Cheers to all!

Well, I'm having a great time - all the people I've met have been very gracious and friendly, and talented coaches to boot. My match with Andy was a textbook case of disaster on the final roll of long and tortuous plays, for both of us. Some brilliantly painted teams and our host has been the best. Now for the final day of mayhem and the Deathbowl Championship - such fun. Pics up as quick as possible tonight. Audieu en Montreal! |
