Thanks Sime (and trav). Wow! Great pics. There's some real quality paintwork, conversions, dugouts, pitches etc on show. Impressive. |

Is that the board they played the final on? Damn cool if it is! (Well, it's good anyway, but you know what I mean!). |

Thanks, Trav! There just seemed like no end to the great teams and pitches - must have been great to see and be around. I'll inquire as to whether there were any extra shirts - it looks pretty good as well! |

Yep that was the pitch for the final game. Andre could not attend the Saturday night Party as he went back to the headquarter to finish this thing. Don't know how long it went, but on Sunday morning he still had black paint on the hands.
Here are my pictures:

ah, i forgot to take and post a pict of the tshirt and the beer mug (0.5l)... i will do it tonight. Hm, seems , i have to build another page for things like that, too. I have to update the coins page, too .
Tim got a now very rare special beer " koelsch " mug ( just 6 pieces are made) as present for his great exelsheet, which helped a lot to organize this tournement. I will post a pict of this mug, when i get a pict.
This Dungeon pitch was finished the night before the second day of the tournement... so the "organizer" from GW painted the whole thing while we did a pubquiz
The small GW shop for BBmini was a good thing to stock some new cast 2.ed minis. If i remember , what i paid for some 2.ed mini at ebay a few years ago... ... well, i got old metall minis Pity, the GW trolls forgot the new Griff and Varag mini... still i could buy the new Khemri cheerleader and Ramtut for my collection .

Holy shit... I've never seen so many beautiful teams, conversions and pitches... good to see the official GW tourneys still bring out the best work in some people...
That green/white Halfling team is just the dogs danglies!
I really admire the work that some people have done.. just magnificent and very humiliating too.. Woody, how's the blimp coming along?
Also, are my eyes deceiving me or did I see some guys playing StreetBowl ??? WooHoo!! |

The best teams there - and the most dedicated modellers - were out of this world. The level of dedication was incredible. I reckon at least a quarter of the coaches had custom dugouts. There were Frank's custom pitches (stunning) and lots of really great paint jobs. Traveller didn't even make the short list for best painted
It was a really good tournament and I had a great time. |

I've heard that they also sold Block Dice at the Dungeonbowl. I don't know which 2nd ed minis they sold, but it's an open secret that you still can order the Goblin chainsaws, Goblin Hooligans and all 6 Snotling stars from MO-UK. I (and many others) have done it during the last year. |

Yep, and i even talked the MO Troll into handing me (and my lucky neighbor) 3 of them as a rebate for the 4 blisters i was buying
You can also order them from Mail Order Germany, i think for 1 Euro a piece. |
