I am still waiting to hear further details back from GW, but tentatively my store (The Adventurer's Guild) has been asked to run the BloodBowl Tourney at the Baltimore, MD Grand Tournament.

This will probably become official in the next day or two. I will be Tournament Organizer. I m hoping for some significant support from GW. I plan to get the tourney NAF sanctioned.

Once everything is official I ll start posting details/rules/etc. First I wanted to gauge interest. Who thinks they could make it? LMK!

Thanks!

That s a great start. I could bring at least 5 or 6 from Hbg. With decent advertising on NAf and thru GW could make for a nice turnout!

This is already getting juicy...I will most likely be there with 1-2 others. This could turn out to be a big one. Razz

Man, I m getting excited already. A strong Philly contingent, a strong VA contingent, I ll bring some blokes from Harrisburg. Could be a doozy.

I ll try to get some more details from GW in the next day or two. Then I can really ramp up preparations.

You know what my catch phrase is: "If you lock-out the NHL players, they will come!"

It all depends on Hockey... But I can assure you that my tourney got me hooked on!

There will be no NHL games played until 2005. Even then, I think we're looking at a VERY short season and then some form of playoff.

You can quote me on that Wink

As much as I d like to see my Flyers get knocked off in the semis yet again this year, I m now rooting for a lock-out to get you guys down for either a Baltimore or Harrisburg tourney!

Go lock-out!

Rob-

If you're talking Bruins...you might have said "Some sort of Regular season and a VERY short playoff." Laughing

Lets Go DEVILS!!!

Well in that case...I won't mind a strike if we get a repeat of 1995. Razz

(Although, as long as they are not playing the Devils, I can never root against a team with Brendan Shanahan on it. Man...I would love to have him back!)

You could always take the red eye bus and travel overnight...of course don't expect to sleep and don't take a wrong turn when you leave the bus station Wink
