Ok any of you you thats on TBB know me as the BB drunk who wrote a messed up trekkie/BB/rambling useless drunken topic forum ...... what was I saying? Was it BEER? ...............Beer is good!
Anyway I'm starting my 2nd forum of rambled thoughts of BloodBowl & Life!
And I promise you I'll only post here when I'm drunk, but if you want to read my TBB rant here it is (trust me its a great read! "it may help if you have a few beers before you read it!" ).............................................................................................................................................................................................. Ok maybe it's the fact that I'm on my 7th can (Pint) of Guinness, or maybe it's because I'm home alone on Valentine's Day (I hate being single!), or maybe its because due to the fact that nothing else was on I was watching Trekkies 2 (Honestly I really can't be bothered with Star Trek, go Star Wars!), or still maybe its because I'm just completely obsurd & off the wall! But I'm inspired in some misunderstood lodgic to write the following rant, no not a rant, call it a message from deep in the darkness of a BloodBowl Geek who is in the preperation of a Hangover whom is finding simalarities in the BloodBowl comunity to the Trekkies Comunity! (Oh gawd I can't believe I just wrote that.... I must be drunk, but it is Guinness so it is worth it, (I hope!)).
Ok after watching Trekkies 2 (well not all of it I had to shut it off!) Those fans are so proud of whom they are they go to conventions wearing thier costumes & showing off thier costumes! (Pretty Geeky by most standards Including me!) But then I reflect, I go to BloodBowl Tournaments (not in costume mind you, but who knows what the future holds!) & I have essentually dressed my players (modles) in costumes (paint). So am I much different that that of a Trekkie? Am I a "Bloodie"? not quite the same ring.
The one guy fought to have the USA make an actual Star Trek mail Stamp. (Magor Geekiness) But in some ways I'm jealous, where's the BloodBowl stamp?
I have no idea where I'm going with this.... Wait I need to take another gulp of that heavanly broth I call Guinness!................ Ahhhhhhh!.........

I'll admit it I'm a BloodBowl Geek, & damn proud of it! (Based on those who have met me I'm not afraid to admit it at all, "Ya Im a Geek you got a Problem?")
But seriously if we want to get BloodBowl better known worldwide should we not look towards the geeks who have laid down thier fears before us? Those brave nerds who have thrown caution to the wind to done "Spock" ears! Am I alone in the idea of going to BloodBowl tournies dressed up as BloodBowl players?
Wow I must be drunk I just got off the phone with a fellow BloodBowl player, actually 2 of them (2 different calls) Man I'm drunk! Anyway they think I'm @$^@&&!!!! After reading to them what I wrote so far! (But I don't care)
Ahhhh, one of them is comomg over now to test our Canadian Open teams against each other in preperation to the tourney (I know what roster I'm taking SKAVEN rock! but his Amazons are not decided!)
So I gotta go set up the board......... your lucky! I coulda rambled useless @^@&$ all night!
Sorry to wast time & space, but honestly I did have a point before I started writing this its just since writing this I have kinda lost it!
Long Live BLOODBOWL! I'm a BloodBowl Geek & not afraid to tell the world! (Beer is fun) (I am drunk) & my Skaven are going on the pitch vs. Amazons Hammered beyond recognition.
OK I'll shut up now, besides I need another Guinness!

Well I did get kinda drunk (kinda,  ) I was smashed, I'm good now (noonish) but I did not make into work today, weekends are kinda optional anyway. (besides only missing two days out of 6 months due to boozing isn't all that bad, considering I work 11 days in a row every 2 weeks.)
But seeing as I'm not currently smashed I'm gonna leave cause this is only to be used by me when I'm drunk!
