Giving it serious consideration! Although for me summer is offseason for BB, I love the concept of not playing the local TO wankers... Razz Maybe a carpool, Eric? How long a drive is it to Cobourg?

I am willing to do the carpool to Cobourg. It is about a 1½ ~ 2 hour trip pending on traffic and such. We 'could' leave early that saturday morning but if Pete will have us on the friday night I would prefere to leave on Friday evening.

Excellent tournament with the best hosting I've ever experienced in a tournament setting. The food and atmosphere provided was by far the best and now sets the standard for hosting tournaments.

If you missed it, you missed something great!

Congrats Peter

Happy to see that the tourney went well. Couldn't make it unfortunately. Hopefully next year's tourney will be better timing for me.

Who was playing Dark Elves? Who won? Any other details?

And Eric, I really like Picture #11.

Looks good, I was dissapointed not to be able to come!

It seems like George won, from the "drinking from the cup" photo. Maybe why he thinks the tournament is the gold standard Wink

Since the tourny was ment to be a team based event Peter assumed we all won due to the low turn out; it was like Timbits hockey Razz . Thought the teams could have been split as Team GTA (Eric and George) and Team Coborg/Pickering (Peter and Shayne). Team GTA took the Team prize!!!. Individual Placement was: George, Peter, Eric and Shayne.

We ended up running a Round Robin, followed by a seeded semi-final (1 vs 3 and 2 vs 4) and a final.

Teams:
- George = Wood Elves
- Shayne = Orcs
- Peter = Dark Elves
- Eric = Amazons

Here are the other results as I remember:

1-MVP - Peter
2-Terminator - Peter
3-Rock Jaw - Shayne
4-Glass Jaw - Eric
5-Hotshot - George
6-StoneWall - George
7-Big Sieve - Shayne
8-Best Sportsman - Shayne
9-JackAss - Eric
10-Best Painted - Eric (will be presented to Cam . . . in about a year and a half Very Happy )
