Yes you see that right!!!!

Two one day tournaments in the same weekend. It looks like it will be the last weekend in November. Dan Campbell and I are in the beginning of talks to get it all organize.
Basically you will have mine on the Saturday (4 games) and Dan`s Dungeon Bowl on Sunday (3 games). you can play both or just one. There will be awards for each tournament and also some combined awards for both tournaments.
As we get more info/rules done we will be posting them here.

Till later

In the words of Daggers/Mr. Enthusiastic, "That's awesome!"

November is going to be jam packed with Blood Bowl this year: Bongo, Power of 1, Gitbash and the World Cup! Looking forward to a full month of Blood Bowl excellence.

My only concern is that we switched to the 4/2 game schedule on the Saturday/Sunday just to avoid having to finish so late for those that have a 6+ hour drive home. I really want to support both tourneys, but I guess it will depend on the crew that I'm coming with!

TheBongo bowl is a first TD wins the game. Dan has been trying out some new rules to make it even faster. So most games will take about 1 hour max. So with this format 3 games are easily played on Sunday.

See you all soon.

You should confirm the dates Dan.

Is it the 26th and 27th of November?

That is correct the dates are Saturday November 26 and Sunday November 27.

I am looking at a finishing time of 3pm on Sunday so that those coming from out of town can get back home at a decent hour.

Alright guys here are the rules:

Team Creation: 1,000,000

Every player may be given one extra REGULAR skill that player is allowed

Every team receives on free reroll ( no other rerolls may be purchased)

The team you create is the team you use for both the POWER of '1' and the Bongo Bowl.

The Power of '1' games use the regular Blood Bowl pitch and rules as per the latest Living Rule book.

The Bongo Bowl uses the following Dungeon Bowl rules:

Dungeonbowl uses the standard Blood Bowl rules, except where they are modified below.

Teleporting

You can use them to move players around the dungeon very quickly. When a player moves onto a pad, roll a D6. The player is immediately teleported to the pad with the same number. It ‘costs’ the player one square of movement (if they have any left) to gather their senses once they materialize, and they may then carry on with their move as
normal. However, if the player ends up being teleported again in the same turn then your opponent rolls on the injury table immediately to see what happens to the player, without making an armor roll.

Chain Reactions

If a player is teleported to a square already occupied by another player, the player who was originally there is teleported away in a chain reaction. Roll a D6 to see where the victim is teleported to (which may, in turn, cause another chain reaction). Remember that if a player is teleported twice in the same turn he suffers an injury.

Lost in Space

If you roll the number of the pad the player is on, then he is lost in space! For example, if a player was on pad number three and you rolled ‘3’ on the D6, then he would be lost in space. Remove the player from the board and keep him to one side. He can take no further part in the game. The ball cannot be lost in space (it is magically protected), and will instead drop to the ground and then scatter from the pad the player was on. Dropping the ball in this way will cause a turn-over.

Opening Treasure Chests

At the start of the game the ball is hidden in a treasure chest, and the players will obviously have to find it in order to score a touchdown. Unfortunately the chests that don’t hold the ball are fitted with a spectacular – though not usually lethal – explosive spell, that goes off when the chest is opened. A player may open a chest that is in an adjacent square (you can’t move onto a square with a chest, by the way) at the cost of one square of movement. Opening the chest is a free action and can be combined with a blitz, etc. Flip the counter over. If it shows the ball, replace the chest with the ball. Once revealed, the ball can be picked up normally, including by the player that discovered . If the chest is trapped it explodes (remove it), and the player who opened it and any other players adjacent to the square it was in are knocked over and must make armor rolls. If the armor is penetrated then the player is stunned and it is a turnover.

Throwing Restrictions

Only quick and short passes are allowed when playing underground the ceiling is too low to attempt longer passes.

Injured Players

Injured players are placed in the appropriate box in the dug-out, as in normal Blood
Bowl. All Dungeonbowl teams are issued Bongo’s Magic Banana Peel with this extraordinary item a coach may use the peel to treat an injured player instead of teleporting a player into the dungeon. If the player was in the KO’d or Stunned box, he is moved into the Reserves box. If a player has been seriously injured the peel can be used to transfer him to the KO box then on another turn he can transfer to the reserves box. A dead player is dead. Mort. Finito.

Don't hesitate to post questions about the above rules.
