Phew! Just got home, it is shortly after midnight and I am pooped!

Just want to give a shout out to Solomon for running one extremely smooth tournament I think some of us Canadian TO's can take a page from your book!

I am going to get my pics (what few I did take) up hopefully tomorrow.

So for all you Canadians who chose not to come to this tournament, just know that the Canadian reputation was in good hands and I went undefeated (all wins) to take 1st place. So just think: If this is what Spazzfist can do to the Americans just imagine what somebody actually good could have done! Razz

What race did You bring & how'd piddles do?

I took Norse with the following build:
1 x snow troll
2 x ulfwerner
9 x linemen
1 x FF
3 x RR

I took skills as follows:
Pre-Game 1: 2 x Block on the ulfs, 1 x Sure Hands on a lineman, Mighty Blow on the troll
Pre-Game 2: Block on the troll and +1 Agility on the Sure Hands guy, 10K banked
Pre-Game 3: Stand Firm on the 2 ulfs, Dodge on the uber-lineman, and Juggernaut on the troll
Pre-Game 4: Guard on both ulfs, Fend on the uber-lineman and one other lineman

How did Piddles do? He blew his biggest chance...... by not showing up! I called him several times en route, and then he did not show up on the day. Some lame excuse about having to work or something. I did make sure to call him in going into my last game (against Thomas) telling him that I stood a chance of winning the whole thing, just to rub it in that he missed out!

Seriously though Rod, you would have loved this tourney. for $20 you got admission to the tourney, food and beer was provided!

next year for sure, just the whole not having a place to live & all was a lil tough, I'm honestly surprised I was able to host my tourney.

I think if we do go next year Spazz we stay over that night so You don't have to worry about beer intake

Here's a link with some pics.

I've called out the other americans. They need to "man up" and take our trophy back next year. Embarassed

Can't have those damn canadians steeling out trophies Mad

Great job spazz, that was Tom's game to win. He had such a demanding lead, all he had to do was pull out a tie and he would have won the tourney. I thought he had you in the end and walked away for a min. Then, I heard you pulled off some rediculous string of dodges with a ball pickup for the win.

Things went well, I can't complain since it was my first time out as a TO. If we have more canadians next year, I may need to get more beer.
