Whats the latest on this skill, as I have seen a few versions so far. We have a Rat ogre in our league and want to use the latest ruling which we think is the one in the LRB errata, is this correct?

Current ruling : can block for free, everything else requires 4+.

Expected ruling when the new LRB comes out : can block and blitz at 2+, do everything else at 4+.

Also, the expected ruling will have no roll to unstun.

Block, Blitz AND FOUL at 2+... wasn't like that?

According to Galak, chances are that foul won't be part of that list. It is indeed the best way to avoid the abuse of coaches calling a foul and just moving the player, gladly wasting their foul action for the turn. It's easier to do this than to revise the foul action (and maybe all other similar actions) to say that the foul itself is mandatory.

So now wild animal will go from the WORST skill ever (last season) to being a puny bonehed skill. WHAT is wrong with the thing now. The rat ogre an Mino (which will use blitz most) will sunddenly become VERY powerful.

While the ogre, and troll still will have to roll for boenhead and really stupid, to unstun, and raise... that is not a good thing, suddenly Chaos and skavens will rule the fields.

Bonehead and really stupid will probably lose the roll to unstun just like wild animal. As for standing up, well, that's a 4+ for a wild animal unless he decides to blitz.

Besides, best case scenario, a wild animal always has a 2+ to do anything. Most games, he'll have to roll 4+ a couple times as well. I don't see how this is better than bonehead. It's definitely not better than really stupid.

Yeah, i thought about that (should have said so), but bonehead is always 2+ and wild animal is sometimes 4+... Is that worth more or less than a tackle zone? I guess that's where we disagree.
