Our League has been using them over the Summer Pre-Season.
I really don't mind the changes, except one!
The Fouling Rules changing to "Caught on Doubles", I can live with...
BUT-
Nothing changes from 1st foul to any following fouls... Meaning, "No Ref's Eye."
Our Regular Season is gonna become brutal, and it sounds like almost everyone is playing a Bashy team...
Hmmmmmmm... My old Amazons (The Tender Skanks) sound better to play... Cuz, they can replace Dead Player easier, than my High Elves (Santa's helpers, The Ho-Ho-Hos)... Losing a High Elf Player is devastating compared to other teams.
Yeah, I know all of your hearts bleed for me... hehehehee....
Any thoughts or comments welcome! |

I will never play with the vault rules. I'd rather retire and sell all my Blood Bowl stuff than do that. |
_________________ They will slowly add bits of the vault in on each RR leading up to 2007, starting with LRB 4.0, so it will be a slow and agonising death for BB.

My league is using the vault rules. I wouldn't worry too much about fouling from my experience so far. About 1 in 3 foulers get sent off and dirty player is much less of a killer than in LRB.
And unlike Zombie we really like the rules changes. |

Using LRB 3.0 when we do play. It's getting less frequent and I think our copies of BB may hit the shelves/attics soon to collect dust. Our group doesn't have time to argue for/against the rule updates. Once the vault rules are official we will look at them and decied, LRB or vault. Yes, I know we can continue to play a LRB league now but why play a system that is no longer going to be supported/updated when this better one is supposed to come out? We got lots of other games to learn/play whose rules only change due to FAQs or erratas. |

So far, our league uses LRB 3.whatever.
We really enjoy it, and from what we've seen of the Vault, we'll stick with the LRB. |

Our league actually uses the LRB 3.0 rules for the main league. But we're planning on starting a small branch using the vault rules...but we're still about to start, so I will write more, if we got more experiences with the new rules...

Been playing with the Vault rules a while now. Not perfect but a lot of fun. I've liked nearly all of the changes which is more than I thought I would from reading the rules. |
