If you have no intention of coming, please refrain from voting so I can get the most accurate picture possible.
Below is a list of 2004 NAF tournaments that took place in North America and the 4 majors (in bold). I would imagine 2005 will be similar...If TO's want to update dates for 2005 I will place those dates in bold. If I missed your tourney, my humble apologies - please just let me know to add it. I also added a few dates that I am blocking out (i.e. SW Celebration)
There was talk of moving The Beantown Brouhaha from July. I had a lot of folks tell me it was too close to GenCon or ComicCon, so I am listening to that feedback.
January - none
February - Halfling Dinner Mug (7/8 ), Canadian Open (21/22), Dungeonbowl (28/29), Harrisburg, PA event in 2005, Opus' RI event in (26/27 2005)
March - Three Kingdoms Challenge (13/14)
April - Star Wars Celebration III (21-24)
May - Blood Bowl (8/9), Baltimore Games Day (22/23), Memorial Mayhem (29), Gken1's Washington DC tournament (14/15), Star Wars: Episode III (19)
June - Sourcerer's Stone (2004 event - not planned for 2005)
July - Kudzu (17), Golden Skull (17), Alberta Apocalypse (31/1*), Beantown Brouhaha (31/1*)
August - *2 tourneys above crossed into August, GenCon (20/21)
September -DragonBowl (3/4), Spike! (18/19)
October - Death Bowl (16/17)
November - Chaos Cup (6), Baltimore Grand Tournament (20/21)
December - none |

Mel-
Maybe just make it earlier in July. The month is pretty wide open. Unless I am mistaken the The Golden Skull in Canada as well as the Alberta Apocalypse?
Also, don't forget that Bampf was planning an event for Febrary. (Not that this impacts you...just to mention for those of us who are also planning events and are going to use your timeline as a tool. )
-Rob
EDIT: Scratch that...I see that the Golden Skull is in Madison, WI. I don't know...I voted for July, but might change to April in light of it being WIDE open. |

As long as it's not the same weekend as the Death Bowl or Spike!, it's fine with me.
I haven't planned yet to cross the border next year, but if i do it will probably be for your tourney and certainly not for the Chaos Cup (too badly organized) nor the GenCon (held at a con). |

Eary July also has the 4th...I would think that I'd have to avoid that weekend which puts me right near ComicCon...Am I wrong about the 4th?
Torg if I move away from Boston you'll get your wish |

Keep in mind that the 4th of July (Monday) is a holiday in the US and that the 1st of July (Friday) is the equivalent in Canada. I don't know if that helps or hurts your cause. I think it should help. |

I vote for whichever month's Gonna be the Hottest.
You may want to check teh regular GW calendar too, if you're gonna shoot for the Harvard Square Store for hosting. They do have to support all those other less than worthy GW games |

It looks more and more like November could be a good choice
