While not exactly standard, I am pretty proud of them.
Sorry for the lousy quality of the pictures, my webcam is not too hi-tech.
First, the rotters... standard for the most part, from the BB line.
Next, my beast of Nurgle. I wasn't too fond of the Nurgle Lords or beasts I had seen... so I used a Chaos Spawn.
Then we have the "Beastmen"... again, I wanted something different, so I used a Plaguebearers boxed sets... keeping the weapons, to represent their horns. I mean, c'mon... it keeps the other teams from being touched and infected, right?
Hope you like... |

Not a fan of the plaguebearers keeping their weapons. In fact, I'd oppose it rather strongly. As far as I remember Plaguebearers have horns anyway.
Sorry. Nice paintjobs though. |

Have to agree with Thads, sorry. It really makes them look like they've wandered off a WFB/40k battlefield. |

I am also in agreeance. I am currently putting together a nurgle team myself and had the same line of thinking as you. I was able to get a bunch of blisters for the team, but with one rotter, one beastman per blister I quickly saw a problem. I planned to resolve this by including plaguebearers as beastmen - and was going to use the ones which had weapons which would be easily removable and Blood Bowl appropriate(there are a few).
However, the news reached me that there are plans for a new Rotters team, and they could become official by November. Be aware! This will see a lot less beastmen!
But the paint jobs are very nice!

Don't count on a new Rotter team this RR as it was just posted in the vault not all that long ago and according to Galak, JJ said he won't impliment any of the Vault changes until the 2006 RR. |

I also had the idea of using Plaguebearers as Linemen types, but I wanted to retain a "Beastman" look. So I decided to "cross-breed" them, combining Beastmens' legs and hooves with Plaguebearer torsos and heads. I've already finished one... pic to follow, if I can organize a digicam... |
