I know that we discussed (here and on TBB) in length about Jump Up and Pass Block (a rule a clearly understand), I'm not sure about this : if my PB player could be in either: a) the passer tackle zone; b) the receiver tackle zone; or c) in the line of interception, could he use his 3 MA just to rise and be the pain in the neck he's supposed to be ?

I'm pretty sure there's an official ruling on this, and the answer was no, but since my computer crashed I lost everything so I can't check. With that in mind it's probably yes |

From Galak's site:
Jump Up be allowed to be used with Pass Block (given that Jump Up is now a trait, it seems pretty worthless ... this gives it a little boost) ... a 2nd suggestion to power up Jump Up so that its worth its doubles roll was to allow all players with this skill to stand up at the beginning of the turn before any players are moved.
BBRC response: Jump Up remains unchanged, use with Pass Block was discussed and voted down ... the other mentioned change remains a possibility for the next review. |

Its not 3 MA - its move 3 squares. So you can't use it to stand up. |
