can stunty players take and use this skill?
I know any pass by a stunty player is one pass range greater, and dump-off states quick pass, but i have never seen a ruling on it. |

yes they can. Similar to how a player with Strong Arm cannot throw out to short pass range when dumping off.
Dump off restricts ths range that you can throw, not the modifiers to that range. Basically you measure the range 1st (qp,sp, lp, lb)--including when determining if you can dump off or not--and then apply the 'range' modifiying skills and abilitys (stunty, strong arm, etc).
So, a stunty player throwing a Dump-off will still use the modifiers as if he were throwing a short pass, but still can dump-off. |
