Here is a quick one:
In the LRB it states that...
"He
can move normally, however, and attack with the chainsaw
instead of making a block. (Pg31)"
"A player armed with a chainsaw is allowed to use it to attack
other players instead of making a normal block. (Pg31)"
Am i correct in assuming that this counts as a block and not a blitz, as it does not state blitz in the description? |

I would think that there nedds to be some "spirit of the law" interpretation. It says that when moving he may use it instead of making a block. Well what is a blitz except a combination of moving and making a block?
Furthermore, I think the potential for greater abuse is there. Consider if the chainsaw takes out one player and then you can still blitz the opponent's same side - too devastating with an orc team!
I say it's a blitz.

If you Block and Move, it's a Blitz.
Moving and Sawing counts as your Blitz.
Nice try though Hoomin! |

Bugger!!!
Just thought it was time i really understood the rules of secret weapons. And after my fiasco at the bloodbowl where i let my opponents block my fanatic. I have now read that you can't block a fanatic:cry:
Time to read the rules!!!!!!!! |

I'd have thought a chainsaw would rip through you like nothing else, so perhaps it'd be more like a bad case of the runs. |

I would assume that it is dropped in the struggle (and broken!) don't need any more funny rules floating about!
