Is it just me or does Blitz-Ra and Thro-Ra sound kinda Gay-Ra.
SOLUTION, change the Blitz-Ra to a Tomb Guard and leave the stats- I don't know if the magical helmet is neccesary (Is it needed for the Army Tomb Guards?). K.I.S.S.; Keep It Simple, Stupid. (Cosmetic change, big deal)
Now for Thro-Ra, not as bad as Blitz-Ra, but still corny. Unfortunately I can't come up with anything better at this time.
TEAM SUGGESTION:
I don't see a skeleton team airing-it-out, so what about this line-up instead:
0-16 Skeletons (Same Stats)
0-4 Tomb Guards/ Blitz-Ra (Same Stats)
0-4 Mummies (Same Stats)
BIG GUY:
0-1 USHABTI 130k 5 5 2 9 Mighty Blow, Regen BIG GUY
(Can't really think of any neg. trait to go with him- DON'T WANT TO CREATE A NEW TRAIT EITHER, Basically an Orge with Regen instead of Thick Skull, minus TTM and Bonehead, add 10k to price since there is no neg. trait)
And Yes, I just realized this is very similiar to the BB Mag #1 team, but with a Big Guy and stats changed on the Tomb Guard.
Just a thought, any suggestions or comments? (Be nice)
ps: I know I've seen a topic on the team somewhere, probably in TBB, but can't find it now so I posted my own. |

I don't really mind the change to the Blitz-Ra's name, but giving a big guy with no negative traits to a team that already has 4 mummies is a mistake.
Also, (and correct me if I'm wrong here) isn't a 2 agility 5 strength player on this team going to be the ballcarrier? |

Probably should add Take Root to the Ushabti (Chants take awhile). And Wild Animal for their feirceness(???). Possibly add Leader as well, if you read the story on the website about them ("warriors took great strength from the fact that the Ushabti fought with them").
So maybe,
0-1 Ushabti 5 5 2 9 (130k) Mighty Blow, Regen, Leader {Take Root, WA}.
BETTER???? Or too much??? |

Finally found the thread at TBB. Quite a debate.
Here's what I've come up with- NOW,
0-12 Skeletons (30k) 5 3 2 7 Regen
0-2 Thro-Ra (80k) 5 3 3 7 Regen, Sure Hands, NoS
0-4 Tomb Guards (90k) 6 3 3 7 Regen, Block
0-2 Mummies (110k) 3 5 1 9 Mighty Blow, Regen
BIG GUY:
0-1 Ushabti (130k) 5 5 2 9 Mighty Blow, Regen, Leader, Big Guy, Take Root |

Looking at these rosters, I'm not sure you've seen the latest Khemri experimental list. They've been downplayed some because of the problems that 5 ST and Mighty Blow on four Mummies can cause.
You can follow this link to see the rosters currently being tested: http://www.blood-bowl.net/GWTeams/RevisedGWRosters.html |
