'Bowlers.
Having gone to my first tournament - The Blood Bowl last weekend - I have got the tournament bug. My Orcs did reasonably well in my first outing - 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 defeats.
What I'm after is a few tips to help me improve. I took 3 blockers and 3 blitzers, with one thrower and five linemen. I thought I would struggle most against wood elves or amazons, and so it turned out in the sixth game where I was unable to do a great deal to my opponent.
Do you have any advice for future tournaments, as I'm considering a couple over the summer. I notice that a lot of people take four blockers and four blitzers - so that's something I am considering.
By the way, the skills I took were tackle, strip ball and guard for the blitzers, and guard and mighty blow for two black orcs.
