Is the modifier for FA cumulative?
For example if my thrower is within 3 squares of 3 FA players is his modifier to pass -3 or -1.
My feeling is that it should only be added once. After all, the players appearance is meant to be the foulest possible, so 1 more will make no difference. |

As the rules stand, tha modifier IS cumulative...
The modifier applies for every single player so 3 FA players, - 3 to Catch and Pass, as the rules DON'T state otherwise.
The cumulative modifier has its logic, if you imagine FA as a combination of appearance and odor, the more you see (and smell), the more you're afraid (and disgusted).
