Hello, I recently moved to MI and I was thinking of running a 1 day, 4 game tournament in the suburban Detroit area, probably at a GW or independant gaming store.
Any interest? Reply here or PM me if you would be interested in attending this. Small entrance fee, with 5 awards/prizes. LRB4.0 rules with a few minor changes.
Also, can someone please tell me how to get a tournament NAF sanctioned? Thanks. |

I might be interested, but the one day thing kind of makes it difficult to justify.

If it was a 2 day event I could probably get a car load up there. As long as it didn't conflict with any of the other tournaments we go to. |

Hmm, let me do some more research and see if 2 days is a possibility. I am keeping en eye on the tournament schedule with the other tourneys out there, so I will make sure not to overlap.
Maybe doing it after the Gencon and Zlurpee but before the Chaos Cup would be a good idea. Say 9/9 and 9/10? |

I know that John Lewis was looking for someone to continue the Underworld Cup, held at the Underworlc Con on the Univ. of Michigan - Ann Arbor campus in October/November I believe. It howere was a two day con but I'm sure a one day would be preferred to nothing.... |

Monkey, I contacted http://www.ucon-gaming.org/ and they are unsure if they are going to have blood bowl. I'm waiting to hear back. I will PM John Lewis.
I was planning on starting my own for early September using the GW store in the area resources, but if I can continue on the Underworld cup (November) that would be great. |
