could someone please run through the order of actions surrounding a blitz, dump off scenario
the question came up and I couldn't think of a succinct way to put it |

I'm a little tired now, but I think its
a) Player Declares the blitz
b) before rolling block dice, the player with the ball makes the dump off
c) catch the dump off
d) roll block dice and hopefully kill the little bugger who tossed away the ball.
I think somewheres in there you can pass block the dump off or something but that just gets more complex |

I was actually after something with positioning of players rather than just the order of events. I was probably not clear |

1) Declare blitz action
2) Move the blitzing player until adjacent to target
3) Declare dump off before blocking dice are rolled
4) Resolve pass & bouncing balls until the ball is at rest
5) Execute the block
6) Continue moving blitzer
Obviously the blitzing player doesn't have to move at all... |

between 3 and 4, the moving team can move any pass blockers that are eligible (except for the blitzing player who cannot use pass block) |
