me again, if a halfling is in a or several tackle zones, can he still be picked up and thrown, and would there be any dodge out of tackle zone rolls ? i cant seem to find anything in the rules regarding this.
thanks in advance

If he is thrwon there is no dodge needed. The tackle zones which are on the treeman only make the throw more difficult for the treeman, and will leed to a higher chance of an fumbbl. Which is usually a knock out for that little boys if I throw them.
Though on the landing the zones will make it more difficult to land for the fling. |

The ones that he is landing in that is, not the ones he started in! |

Another throw teammate question. Is this correct...?
Halfling next to tree has the ball...
treeman picks up halfling...
coach selects distance...
since all TTM actions are inaccurate passes, as long as the coach doesn't throw a modified 1 (which equals fumble), the the halfling is tossed to the target square where he scatters three times then makes an AG roll to see if he lands on his feet?
Just making sure I'm reading the TTM rule correctly... |

Yup, you got it right.
What's more if the halfling has not yet moved, then he can do so after his landing (assuming he survives). But of course if he is holding the ball when he lands, then it is a turnover. |

Temujin is correct. If the ball carrier lands safely, then no turnover occurs. |

It gets even more complex when it's a Troll flinging a gobbo... because the troll has to roll against really hungry before flinging... and then needs to make a non fumbling passing roll (not easy for a troll!!) |
