I was going to order some mini's to finish the teams I am collectiing but the local hobby shop informed me that GW no longer let's stores stock BB stuff...anyone know anything about this. Cause this would suck given the fact that the Specialist Games site doesn't seem to allow individual model orders. |

Depends on the store - I know the one at the Oakville Battle Bunker does stock BB. but if you pick up the order at a GW store, then you do not pay for shipping for any mail orders, at least that is again the case with the Oakville store. I actually prefer it that way, because you get exactly what you want. |

Yeah, the whole Specialist Games range is mail-order only, and even then you can't get everything. Ordering through a GW store is nice, though, because of the free shipping as Spazzfist mentioned. My local store is still trying to complete my order as GW keeps sending the wrong bitz (three times now!). Since their policy is to let the customer keep any mistakes, I am slowly amassing an army of extra models. Muahahahaha! |

Yes, order through your GW store as the others have mentioned. I have had good success with their web site on-line orders, even though I have to pay $10 CAD for shipping. If you can't find what you want in the online store, you get can your local store person to help.
What I do when I have trouble finding what I want is call them. Haven't done that in a while though. In Canada, 1-888-GW-TROLL. In the USA, 1-800-GW-TROLL (I think). It's good that you know what you want when you call them though. For example, if you ask them for a Skaven GR, they may arbitrarily send you a GR 1 or GR 2 without asking you which one you want. |

Hmmm... Whenever I ordered, I had to specifify a bar code number. That way they gave you exactly the model (or piece) that you are looking for. I would go to the store, and look in their catalogue - less chance of getting the run around. |
